Best time to visit

The northern part of Tunisia enjoys a Mediterranean climate, making it an ideal visit all year round. Summer is the ideal season to go swimming, yet, if you're traveling south (to the desert region), be advised that summer becomes really hot.

The official currency is Tunisian Dinar 1 USD = 3 TD You can find ATMs in some cities and pay by card in hotels in Tunis but it’s mostly a cash economy
